At WW2 Airsoft, we want to ensure your historical loadout meets your tactical requirements; if your replica firearm or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all authentic packaging and safety orange tips intact.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our quartermaster team via the support portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Command
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our central warehouse, keeping your tracking number for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the functional and cosmetic condition of the replica, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
