Complete reinforced gearbox V2 with Micro-Contacts
Complete Reinforced Gearbox Version V.2 for M4/M16 replicas
This gearbox is ideal for those who want good quality at a reasonable price. The skeleton has been adapted to 8mm bearings and reinforced in critical locations to allow for the use of stronger springs. The gearbox also has a system for the rapid exchange of the spring that is compatible with replicas of Arms spec series CORE and ONE.
System Enter&Convert ā¢
This system allows for fast and efficient adjustment of the power of the replica to the expected conditions in airsoft combat without having to disassemble the entire gearbox. This means you can access a garage or specialized tools. The exchange process itself takes only a few seconds - the spring and guide are pulled through the hole in the back of the armature.
Inside, among other things, there are reinforced steel gear wheels (18), a light M110 polymeric piston with a steel last tooth, a polymer seal with the piston head, a cylinder head with a soft dumper aluminum cylinder type 0, a polymer die, and a spring guide. Depending on the replica, this configuration can generate an average outlet velocity in the range of 400-420 FPS.
The backbone of this gearbox is adapted to be supplied in the kit, instead of the classic mikrostyku, a closure of the blades. This significantly improves response to the trigger and battery life LiPo.
This version is derived from the wiring to the rear.
