HK416 A5Ā Construction details
The airsoft replica is mainly made of metal, of a uniform zinc and aluminum alloy, reinforced with steel elements in the most vulnerable points. The stock and the pistol grip were made from polymer. The receiver of the replica and RIS handguard have undergone the process of anodizing, which guarantees high degree of protection against corrosion. The paint was applied via a process of powder coating, after having the surface undergo the process of sandblasting prior to the application of paint. This provides a much higher than usual resistance of the applied paint to abrasion. The receiver bears manufacturer markings.
The replica is equipped with a 22 mm RIS top rail, a GEISELLE-type handguard and an adjustable stock. The stock has an internal compartment for housing the battery. The RIS upper slide is equipped with metal flip-up iron sights, which can be detached freely to make room for the attachment of a chosen aiming device. Thanks to the extendable stock with non-slip pad, the length of the replica can be adapted to the user's preference. The flash hider is based on a 14 mm left-hand thread, which allows a silencer to be mounted in its place.
The replica is equipped with double-sided manipulators: fire mode selector, magazine release button and fake Bolt-Catch release button.
To increase the realism of the game, the replica is also equipped with a functioning bolt-catch mechanism.

Changing the spring and modifying the power is really child's play. Only a few seconds are needed. In the package you will find a second M90-type spring that guarantees a muzzle velocity of approximately 310 FPS. The spring installed in the rifle gives the replica a muzzle velocity of 410 FPS
A reinforced gearbox contains a steel spring guide, 8 mm ball bearings and steel gears. The system is secured by four anti-reverse latches. The replica is also equipped with a precise rotating Hop-Up chamber that allows very precise and stable adjustment of the BB's rotation.
