Conversion OTS-126 for GBB PP2K type replicas

Based on the classic Russian ??-126, the OTs-126 civilian version of the carbine that has the same platform as the PP-2K.

Modify OTs-126 is made on a scale of 1_ 1 to ??-126, with functions similar to the legendary Russian submachine gun.

The conversion has a stock guide in the M4 standard, allowing for any adjustment of each stock model.

An additional conversion function is to improve the performance of the PP2k base. by ~ 50 FPS.
